Quality is the soul of Reliamold technology, what’s the quality?
a)To consumers: the quality is customer satisfaction.
b) To production: the quality is ensuring all the goods within quality specifications.
Reliamold technology has sufficient inspection instruments and quality control systems to meet customer’s high-quality requirements.
Quality Control:
a)To control design data & drawing for both part and tooling.
b)Strict quality control system and procedure (IQC-IPQC-FQC-OQC).
c)To control the quality of producing process
d)To inspect steel hardness and steel dimension, electrode dimension via projector, 3D measuring machine. (CMM)…etc.
e)To inspect trial sample via projector, 3D measuring machine. (CMM)…etc.
f)To inspect sample & tool shipment
 
1.QC Dept.
Mold quality is good or bad, directly affects the performance and reputation of the company, quality control is an important gatekeeper, the staff skills training and education is a long-term continuous job as following:
a)The concept of quality of advocacy for all new employees;
b)Strengthen the IQC, IPQC, PSI control, do a good job of every link of the quality process.
c)Improve quality management personnel on-site communication ability, measured data to stress authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness;
d)Hold regular meetings within the Quality dept. Share the experience and lesson learn to avoid the same issue happened again.
2.Build up the quality consciousness in Manufacturing dept and other Dept not only in QC dept.
The good quality is made out, not by the inspection out, Quality consciousness refers to everyone the same motives, hope that their actions can really not just himself, At the same time, it can also push other people, it is the team spirit. We need keep continually to improve it as following points:
a) The quality process, manufacturing process and corporate system education and training for new employees.
b) Ensure the workpiece cleaning to reduce measurement error.
c) Strictly according to the 2d drawings and 3D solid processing, the workpiece will be processed as far as possible to control the size of the tolerance range of the drawing requirements.
d) Any issues occurred, do work with relate dept. and find out the best solutions.
3.Identify the issues and find out root cause then achieve continuous improvement.
Manufacturing mistakes are inevitable issue for all tool shop which they are facing, the key is to identify problems, analyze, find the root cause and improve it.
a) 8D Problem Solving
b) 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material)
c) Continuous Improvement
d) Work with relevant departments and analyze the root cause of the issue and find out the best solution to solve it and avoid the same issue happened again.
e)Hold quality meetings, discuss the quality issues of the week and month, and get the best improvement plan.
4.All employee has to understand what are the key factors of quality of consciousness 
a)The good quality is made out, not by the inspection out.
b)Optimistic, through psychological health.
c)Use your own intelligence, always pay attention to the problems around you, and take the actions to fix them or escalate to management.
d)Be familiar with the operation standard, understand the necessity and importance, and implement it.
e)Saving energy and material usage, take good care of the different equipment, reduce production costs;
f)The next process is the customer of the previous process, ensure the NG goods not go for the next process, and make production goes smoothly.
5. To clear the concept of zero defect
a)Zero defects are not a slogan, but a concept, a practice behavior.
b)The next process is the customer.
c)Come up with evidence.
d)Customer always comes first.
e)Small problems tend to form big problems.
f)Mistakes may be acceptable, but avoid making them again and again.
g)Active people often find the answer to the question, the negative often find an excuse for the problem.
h)People are the root of all the problems, whether a good quality or bad quality are related to people, so all the improvement has to be started from people.
